About the Role
Pixyls Crafts Inc. is looking for a uniquely creative illustrator to create original artwork for our growing line of sticker-by-number crafts. We are looking for someone who is an out of the box thinker with great organization skills and a high attention to detail.
This role is ideal for an artist with strong illustration fundamentals, advanced Adobe Illustrator skills, and a passion for creating visually satisfying, highly detailed artwork designed for physical products.
You will work closely with our Art Director to develop artwork that is both creatively strong and production-ready.
Responsibilities
- Create original vector illustrations and product artwork
- Prepare clean, organized vector files for production
- Collaborate with the creative team on product concepts
- Maintain consistency across styles, themes, and product collections
- Contribute creative ideas based on trends, aesthetics, and customer preferences
- Review and refine artwork to ensure high production quality
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and vector design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent understanding of colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, scalable vector artwork
- Strong attention to detail and production accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced creative environment
