We’re looking for a Creative who loves coming up with bold ideas, shaping brand stories, and crafting campaign directions that make people care. You’ll join the Pitching Team, working closely with Strategy, Art, and Client teams to develop creative proposals tailored to Chinese digital platforms and Global platforms.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for clients across Chinese platforms (Douyin, Tmall Global) and global platforms (TikTok, Facebook, and more).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Art & Creative Directors,Editors, social media, and Account Executives to shape pitch decks that communicate brand vision and creative insigh
- Craft narratives, headlines, scripts, and taglines for pitch presentations and moodboards
- Plan and supervise video content creation, especially for TikTok and Douyin, from concept development through filming strategy.
- Write engaging scripts and captions that creatively communicate clients’ brand messages in a clear and impactful way.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Design, or related field
- 1–3 years of creative experience in a digital agency or branding environment
- Ability to bring unique creative identity and fresh ideas into the work while aligning with brand objectives.
- Strong skill in identifying key brand messages and transforming them into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant creative concepts.
- Confident in problem-solving, adapting quickly, and handling challenges throughout the creative and production process.
