Dealer Media House is looking for a motivated, early-career Graphic Designer who’s excited to build real-world experience, grow their portfolio, and work on a variety of creative projects for real clients.
This role is ideal for recent college graduates or designers early in their careers who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow inside a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about producing designs for various types of media for a wide range of clients. This position requires a strong sense of design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to different brand aesthetics. As a small agency, we value team players who are adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats as needed.
If you have more than 2 years of experience, you will not be considered. We are intentionally looking for an entry-level hire to grow and mentor.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll support a wide range of creative initiatives, including:
- Designing assets for email campaigns, digital ads, social media, postcard mailers, and websites
- Applying client brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts) to existing design templates
- Making revisions and updates based on feedback from our Creative Director and clients
- Collaborating with writers, designers, and marketers to bring campaigns to life
- Helping keep creative projects organized and moving forward
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Are a recent graduate or early-career designer with internship, freelance, or entry-level experience
- Have a portfolio (school projects welcome) that shows strong design fundamentals
- Are comfortable working in Figma
- Have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion/video tools are a plus but not required)
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves and assist where needed
- Can juggle multiple projects at once and pivot priorities as directed by leadership
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
- Think “outside the box” to bring fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement of our agency
- Pursue efficiencies for process and communication to make day-to-day tasks more effective
- Follow through on tasks to successful completion autonomously, and don’t get overwhelmed with deadline pressures
- Get excited about working for a fast-paced start-up marketing agency with ambitious growth plans
- Have any interest in the automotive industry
