Our Beauty client is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their team for the next 2 years, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Hudson Yards, NY, NY.
Role Summary
This role supports the US Luxe DTC business by owning and optimizing the end to end site experience across multiple brands. The position focuses on ecommerce operations, legal compliance, subscription program management, customer experience optimization, and cross functional project management. The role partners closely with internal teams and external CDMO partners to scale site features and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and sales through Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Top Must Have Skills
Ecommerce operations experience supporting Direct- to-Consumer websites
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising and workflows
Proven project management skills across multiple brands and stakeholders
Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements
Experience managing subscription or auto replenishment programs
Additional Qualifications
Experience supporting luxury or premium consumer brands
Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance for ecommerce sites
Strong communication and ticket management skills
Comfort working with external partners and vendors
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Responsibilities
Maintain legal compliance across all client sites by monitoring new rules and regulations, opening tickets, and updating legal copy as required
Manage and update evergreen auto replenishment and subscription programs across 8 brands to support retention and recurring revenue
Monitor and analyze monthly customer feedback to identify trends, develop action plans, and resolve site issues that impact customer satisfaction and sales
Project manage the ecommerce roadmap with CDMO partners to enable scalable site features across brands
Execute site enhancements such as cart, checkout, and merchandising updates through Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Partner with cross functional teams to ensure consistent, high quality site experiences across all brands
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
