We're looking for a curious, data-driven analyst to join our customer experience practice. You'll turn raw data into clear insights that shape how our clients communicate, engage, and grow — working across our own datasets and theirs to drive real business impact.

What You'll Do
- Analyse first-party and client datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines and dashboards for ongoing client and internal needs
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Support CX measurement frameworks — tracking satisfaction, retention, and behavioural signals
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to embed data into campaign planning
- Research, prototype, and help implement new analytics tools and methodologies
- Ensure data integrity, documentation, and consistent data governance standards
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in SQL; comfort with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with BI tools — Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong grounding in statistics and data modelling basics
- Comfort working with messy, real-world datasets across varied formats
- A natural communicator who can make data meaningful to any audience
- Degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Exposure to CX, marketing, or agency environments is a bonus
