Location: Dubai, UAE

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Jewellery Product Manager to build and grow our personalised jewellery category. This is an opportunity to shape a category from the ground up and play a key role in creating products customers will love.

The Role

As the Jewellery Product Manager, you will own the jewellery category from concept to customer. You will be responsible for identifying trends, developing collections, sourcing suppliers, managing product development, overseeing creative execution, and driving the commercial success of the category. This role combines creativity, product development, commercial thinking, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the jewellery category roadmap.

• Create seasonal collections and new product launches.

• Research global jewellery, fashion and gifting trends.

• Develop personalised jewellery concepts.

• Manage end-to-end product development from concept to production.

• Review samples and ensure exceptional quality.

• Source and manage global suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQs and lead times.

• Develop pricing strategies and monitor margins.

• Forecast demand and collaborate with operations on inventory planning.

• Lead the launch of every jewellery collection.

• Own the creative direction for all product photography and video content.

• Create photoshoot briefs including styling, props, models, backgrounds and shot lists.

• Work with photographers, videographers, designers and marketing to ensure premium product presentation.

• Review and approve all product imagery before launch.

• Ensure product pages deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Operations and Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

• 4–6 years' experience in jewellery product management, product development, buying or category management.

• Experience working with jewellery manufacturers and suppliers.

• Strong understanding of personalised jewellery.

• Commercial mindset with experience in pricing, costing and margin management.

• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Passion for jewellery, fashion, gifting and consumer brands.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from jewellery, fashion accessories, gifting or lifestyle brands are encouraged to apply.

Experience in personalised jewellery, DTC brands or e-commerce businesses is highly desirable.

Experience sourcing from China, India, Thailand or Turkey is an advantage.
