We’re partnered with a leading consumer-focused business looking to bring in a Junior Brand Manager to support the delivery of brand and commercial marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure across brand development, campaign execution, and commercial strategy within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting brand growth across multiple channels. You’ll gain exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Market Support

  • Assist in the development and rollout of brand plans and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support category insights and performance tracking

Campaign & Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing activities across retail and commercial channels
  • Support campaign execution and track performance metrics
  • Assist with activation planning and post-campaign analysis

Stakeholder & Agency Coordination

  • Help brief and liaise with creative, media, and production partners
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and commercial teams
  • Support the creation of presentations and marketing materials for client-facing use

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking
  • Support internal reporting on sales performance and marketing spend
  • Work with operational teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand

What We’re Looking For

  • Some exposure to marketing, brand or commercial roles (including internships or placements)
  • Interest in consumer-led industries such as retail, FMCG or health & wellness
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop

Preferred Background (not essential)

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Interest in or working towards a professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
