Overview
We’re partnered with a leading consumer-focused business looking to bring in a Junior Brand Manager to support the delivery of brand and commercial marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure across brand development, campaign execution, and commercial strategy within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting brand growth across multiple channels. You’ll gain exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Market Support
- Assist in the development and rollout of brand plans and marketing initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support category insights and performance tracking
Campaign & Trade Marketing
- Coordinate marketing activities across retail and commercial channels
- Support campaign execution and track performance metrics
- Assist with activation planning and post-campaign analysis
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
- Help brief and liaise with creative, media, and production partners
- Work cross-functionally with sales and commercial teams
- Support the creation of presentations and marketing materials for client-facing use
Commercial & Operational Support
- Assist with forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking
- Support internal reporting on sales performance and marketing spend
- Work with operational teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand
What We’re Looking For
- Some exposure to marketing, brand or commercial roles (including internships or placements)
- Interest in consumer-led industries such as retail, FMCG or health & wellness
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
Preferred Background (not essential)
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Interest in or working towards a professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
