We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in Google Ads to drive performance, lead campaigns, and manage a growing digital marketing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
-Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.
-Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization.
-Analyze campaign performance and create insightful reports.
-Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
-Collaborate with creative and analytics teams for better results.
-Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, tools, and industry trends.
🔹 Requirements:
-4–8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Google Ads.
-Proven results in performance marketing and high-budget campaign management.
-Team leadership or supervisory experience is a must.
-Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, and keyword research tools.
-Google Ads Certification preferred.
-Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
