I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop company brand experience strategy to manage strong company Brand with consistency & differentiation.
- Develop strategic sales focus campaigns through the year, promote new products/ food & beverage /services/ promotions offline & online.
- Develop own brands/ F&B packaging, GM premiums …
- Lead the creative development and implementation of media communication of company brand, new store opening programs and also category promotional concepts (in collaboration with merchandising and food service heads) and review the effectiveness of such promotions.
- Drive the Business Development & Brand Experience team to achieve services/advertising income.
- Develop E-com strategy E-commerce and Customer Relation Management – CRM.
- Conduct market intelligence in terms of marketing initiatives/trends in the market as well as competitor’s marketing activities/ initiatives and strategies.
- Work closely with category teams and other departments to successfully roll out campaigns, membership acquisition and retention and corporate events to achieve Company’s objectives.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness benefit of company.
- Support other internal activities (HR, Newsletter, CSR, annual parties..)
- Other tasks are as assigned by line manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business management, Marketing or other relevant fields.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in similar field which 4 years in managerial level.
- Business-oriented mindset.
- Be an arbiter of trends and how they shape consumer insights.
- Able to translate creative vision to real world environments and experiences; especially as it relates to blending digital and physical elements together for a seamless user experience.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with extraordinary ability in negotiation, influence and stakeholder management.
- Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written skills.
