Regatta Ltd is seeking a forward-thinking professional who can seamlessly translate seasonal trends into on-brand ranges, integrating a deep knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and technical features to deliver real results in an increasingly competitive market.

To meet the urgent demands of this dynamic and fast-paced environment, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CAD design software, alongside an ability to balance creativity with commercial constraints and accessible price points.

The company requires a confident communicator who can present ideas with clarity and a strong commercial rationale.

Furthermore, the role necessitates a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach, capable of managing multiple deadlines both independently and collaboratively.

A willingness to travel internationally and a background in print and graphic design are considered highly advantageous.
