Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for a Jewelry Production Manager based in Miami Beach, FL. The Jewelry Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process, manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensure quality control at all stages and manage production timelines. The role includes budget management for projects and collaboration with the design team to implement and refine product concepts, extreme attention to detail, managing complex processes with multiple moving parts, suppliers and . This position involves ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Expertise in jewelry production, including vendor management, procurement, and quality control
- Strong ability to manage inventory, production schedules, and budgets
- Experience collaborating with design teams to translate creative concepts into market-ready pieces
- Understanding of fine jewelry materials, techniques, and manufacturing standards
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Proficiency in relevant production software; CAD experience is a plus; ability to review designs in Rhino is preferred
- Prior experience in the fine jewelry or luxury goods industry is required
