Mission: Responsible for ensuring that the brand experience of each segment is well implemented across the hotels of Tunisia & Morocco according to the brand manuals, acting as the brand guardian.

Create and develop guest experiences according to brand, audiences, positioning and destination.

Manage all in-hotel messaging to guests across available digital platforms with a focus on Iberostar's brand segmentation and ancillaries.

Act as a connecting bridge between areas of the business (owners, commercial, operations and the Brand community in Palma) to enable the successful execution in each region of the hotels brand experience plans.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and action plans designed to achieve business objectives (Occ, ADR, GRI, etc) in the hotels of Tunisia & Morocco according to hotels´specific commercial and guest satisfaction plans.

✔️ What will your day-to-day work be like?

Conducting brand activities to achieve hotels goals:

  • Digital Content Management: Reviews and updates hotel web page content to ensure clear positioning, on-brand content, and accuracy, including content audits.
  • Leads and coordinates photoshoots, creating visual content aligned with the hotel's positioning, brand and commercial needs.
  • In Hotel Messaging: Oversees all internal guest communication, including TVs, totems, plasma screens, signage, collateral, the Iberostar App, and F&B menus.
  • Prepares and presents regular property diagnostic sessions and brand audits. Ensures hotels adhere to Iberostar brand standards and guidelines.
  • Manages PR initiatives (press trips, local media, influencer stays).

Developing and implementing marketing strategies:

  • Liaises with the commercial teams to determine marketing needs. Regularly interfaces with the sales team, Social Media, and Public Relations to give them tools for local/regional publicity and promotions.
  • Project leadership: Marketing lead for openings or relaunches.
  • Brand Experience: Develops and executes brand experience content across the customer journey.
  • Product development: Coordinates and implements strategic brand partnerships and activations. Participates in product development for F&B, Entertainment, etc..

Maximizing Revenue:

  • Develops plans, aligned with the Hotel GM to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manages workflow with creative team to verify all in-house marketing messages/materials are on-strategy and within budget.
  • Communicates regularly with the commercial department in relevant origin markets to design and implement specific actions plans.
  • Implements regular tracking of campaigns, activations and initiatives to determine and report on results.

Business Partners:

  • Brand community (Customer Insights, Brand Design, Brand Comms) ,Hotels General Managers, Guest Experience areas (F&B, Entertainment Hospitality), Sales and Web content team.

We are looking for a professional and experienced marketer with passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to work for a company with the clear brand purpose of caring for the oceans and the ecosystems that surround its portfolio of more than 100 hotels located across +15 countries.

Academic qualifications and work experience:

  • University Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years´experience in Hotel Marketing & Brand Experience. Additional experience in brand, marketing and/or Operations in the hospitality industry would be considered a plus.
  • Languages: French & English.
