We are looking for a creative, autonomous, and proactive collaborator to help strengthen our digital presence while also supporting the daily coordination of our organization.
This role combines digital marketing, content creation, website management, AI-driven innovation, and light administrative coordination. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term digital partner and help modernize our communication with an AI-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Communication
- Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels)
- Create engaging content including posts, newsletters, visuals, and short-form videos
- Develop and maintain a consistent digital brand identity
- Improve our online visibility through SEO and digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign and platform performance and suggest improvements
Website & AI Integration
- Redesign, optimize, and maintain our website
- Work with tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
- Implement AI tools and automations to improve marketing efficiency and communication workflows
- Explore innovative AI-based solutions for content creation and member engagement
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day administrative coordination
- Manage agendas and follow up on member requests
- Maintain and manage member information in compliance with GDPR regulations
- Help facilitate online events and community activities
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Is comfortable with website management and modern web tools
- Has a strong interest in AI tools and automation
- Understands branding, communication, and digital storytelling
- Is autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented
- Can work independently while taking initiative
- Speaks either French or Dutch fluently, with a good understanding of the second national language and English
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
- Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools
- SEO basics and analytics
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Social media scheduling and newsletter tools
