We're looking for a Head of Social & Creative to lead how ideas are shaped, executed, and continuously improved — working with teams, clients, and different types of projects.
This role is about leading people, improving how work gets done, and raising the standard — across both social media and creative output.

What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a team of social media managers and content creators
- Develop and oversee social media and creative strategies
- Shape creative concepts and campaigns across digital channels
- Ensure high-quality content planning and execution
- Collaborate with performance and strategy teams
- Use data and insights to improve decision-making and results
- Lead client communication, presentations, and strategic discussions
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Experience leading teams or complex projects
- Strong understanding of content, storytelling, and creative development
- Ability to connect strategy, creative thinking, and execution
- Confidence in working with clients and leading discussions
- Excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
