Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or related fields, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale national programs aligned with organizational goals and public policies.
- Proven experience in fostering partnerships and collaborations with diverse stakeholders, including government, private sector, and community organizations.
- Strong understanding of political and socio-economic factors influencing national programs, with the ability to translate these factors into actionable strategies.
- Expert-level knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics to assess program impact and drive evidence-based decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
