A retail brand with a growing presence across the Iberian market is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy and growth across Spain and Portugal. This is a role for someone who builds brands, not just campaigns. Someone who understands that long-term brand equity and short-term commercial performance are not opposing forces.
You will report directly to the CEO and own the full marketing function.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Brand positioning, identity, and long-term brand equity strategy across both markets.
• Full marketing mix: digital, content, paid media, CRM, events, and in-store activation.
• Leadership and development of the marketing team across Spain and Portugal.
• Growth strategy: customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Agency and partner management across creative, media, and performance.
• Budget ownership and performance reporting to the executive team.
• Market and consumer insights to inform product and commercial decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 7 or more years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within retail or premium consumer brands.
• Proven track record of building brand awareness while delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Experience managing multi-market campaigns across Spain and Portugal.
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, attribution, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
• Spanish at native or near-native level. Portuguese is a significant advantage. English professional level.
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial discipline.
LOCATION AND COMPENSATION
Spain or Portugal. Hybrid model.
