About The Role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor specialized in Paid Media to join our dynamic team remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Video Editor at IncubatorLab, you will be responsible for creating and refining short-form video ads designed to maximize performance on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a performance-first mindset, quick turnaround times, and the ability to iterate creative assets based on real-time feedback and analytics. You will work closely with Creative Strategists and Growth teams to produce high-quality, engaging ads that drive conversions and brand awareness. Your expertise in editing for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands, combined with proficiency in AI video tools and editing software, will be instrumental in achieving our clients’ marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce brands
  • Portfolio showcasing high-performing paid social ad creatives and conversion-focused assets
  • Proven experience editing content for health, wellness, and supplement brands
  • Strong proficiency with generative AI video suites, including AI animations, asset generation, and talking-head enhancements
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
  • Fundamentals in pacing, color correction, audio mixing, and music selection
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with high-volume content production and iteration

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form paid social video ads optimized for performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Implement best practices around hooks, pacing, clarity, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize viewer engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate asynchronously with Creative Strategists and Growth teams to develop and refine creative assets
  • Maintain high quality and consistency across a large volume of video content
  • Iterate creative assets based on performance insights, testing different hooks, visual styles, and messaging
  • Utilize generative AI tools to enhance video assets with animations, advanced assets, and talking-head improvements
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance creative and social media advertising
