We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Digital & Social Media to lead our digital offering, oversee integrated client campaigns, and drive innovation across digital communications and social media strategy.
The ideal candidate is a strong team leader and trusted client advisor with deep expertise in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, digital PR, and campaign performance. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, commercial thinking, creativity, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the agency’s Digital & Social Media department, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance across client accounts
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Develop and implement integrated digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals
- Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across social media, content, influencer marketing, and digital PR
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on analytics, KPIs, and ROI metrics
- Collaborate closely with PR, creative, content, and media teams to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns
- Identify opportunities for business growth, new services, and digital innovation
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the digital team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional development
- Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in digital communications, social media, integrated marketing, or digital leadership roles within an agency and/or in-house environment
- Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and integrated communications
- Proven experience managing and growing high-profile client accounts
- Excellent understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, paid and organic social strategies, and digital analytics
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Strong business acumen and client leadership skills
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and impactful storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
