Who we are
Born to Ball Creative Club is a creative agency built specifically to champion women's sports. We work with brands who believe, like we do, that the women's game is not a side story. It is the main event. We make the advertising that proves it.
We are small, sharp, and growing fast. Every brief we take on is a chance to shift culture. That is not something we say in decks. It is how we actually work.
The role
We are looking for a Head of Design who does not just make things look good. Someone who makes things mean something.
You will lead all design output across the studio. Campaigns, brand identities, spatial work, internal projects. It all runs through you. You will set the creative standard, and make sure the work we put into the world is genuinely excellent.
Day to day you will be in the thick of it: concepting with strategists, presenting to clients, pushing the work further than the brief asked for. You will have real ownership here. That is the deal.

- Your portfolio shows range: brand identity, campaigns, visual systems. And it shows a point of view.
- You build brand identities that hold together. Coherent, considered, built to last.
- You can present, persuade, and collaborate. Creative excellence means nothing if you cannot bring people with you.
