Social Media / eCommerce Ops – Trusted Luxury Watch Brand | £34,000 – £40,800
We're working with a pioneer of the luxury London watch market on this exciting opportunity. With over 25 years of heritage trading high-end pieces from Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Omega, this business is looking for a digital-savvy horology enthusiast to drive their eCommerce engine and social media presence.
This isn't a shop-floor role; it’s a high-impact operational position at the heart of a premium brand. You will master the art of luxury eCommerce, from professional watch photography and digital asset management to crafting compelling product listings that speak to high-net-worth collectors globally.
The Role
- Manage the end-to-end eCommerce product flow, uploading and refining high-quality listings for modern and vintage timepieces.
- Lead hands-on watch photography sessions, utilizing professional lighting, styling, and Adobe Creative Cloud/Photo Editing tools to ensure every piece looks world-class.
- Support the social media strategy by creating engaging content and managing digital assets across primary marketing channels.
- Deliver exceptional, detail-driven customer support via phone and digital channels, building rapport with luxury watch enthusiasts.
- Maintain the integrity of internal inventory systems, ensuring merchandising presentation is flawless across all digital platforms.
What You'll Need
- A genuine, deep-rooted passion for luxury Swiss watches (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Tudor, etc.) is essential.
- Experience or a strong interest in eCommerce operations, including product listing management and digital merchandising.
- Proficiency in content creation, including photography, photo editing software, and social media platform management.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-value retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills for high-end client interactions.
