Kohlective is looking for a Head of Content to lead our creative output across social media campaigns.
This is a hands-on role.
You’ll bridge Account Management and Creative, turning briefs into strong, platform-native content and leading the team to execute.
What You’ll Do
- Lead social-first creative ideas (TikTok, Reels)
- Be the main POC for creative briefs
- Manage designers, editors, and content creators
- Oversee and direct content shoots
- Create proposal visuals (KV, moodboards, layouts)
- Edit and design content
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative instinct for social content
- Solid design + basic video editing skills
- Experience leading or guiding a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
