Our ambition is to build one of the most influential cultural ecosystems in Central America, connecting music, art, community, and technology.

We are now looking for a Head of Brand & Growth who will help us scale our audience, strengthen our brands, and coordinate the creative ecosystem that powers our projects.

Role Mission

Lead the growth and positioning of Palmera’s brands by developing audiences, coordinating creative talent, and executing marketing strategies across multiple cultural projects.

This role combines strategy, brand building, audience growth, and team coordination.

The person in this role will operate as a central marketing hub, working closely with leadership while coordinating designers, content creators, freelancers, and partners.

This role carries a high level of ownership and autonomy, with responsibility for shaping how Palmera grows its audience and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Storytelling

  • Develop and maintain the narrative and positioning of Palmera and its portfolio of cultural brands
  • Ensure visual and storytelling consistency across projects such as festivals, cultural experiences, and creative initiatives
  • Translate creative concepts into clear and compelling communication strategies

Audience Growth

Design and execute strategies to grow audiences across digital platforms and owned channels

Build and manage the ecosystem of:

  • social media
  • email
  • community channels
  • digital campaigns

Leverage audience data from ticketing and event platforms to improve targeting, retention, and growth strategies

Marketing for Cultural Events

  • Lead marketing strategies for events and cultural experiences across the Palmera portfolio
  • Plan launch campaigns, storytelling strategies, and audience engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with production teams to align marketing with the creative vision of each project

Creative Team Coordination

Coordinate freelancers and creative collaborators including:

  • designers
  • photographers
  • video editors
  • content creators
  • community managers
  • public relations and press

Act as the central point of organization to ensure timelines, quality, and consistency

Operate the marketing function as a lean creative agency within the company

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Design and oversee marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
  • Develop clear and simple reporting systems to track audience growth and campaign effectiveness

Success in This Role

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Growth in audience size and engagement across key platforms
  • Performance of marketing campaigns (reach, conversion, ticket sales)
  • Strength and consistency of brand identity across projects
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver campaigns on time and at a high level of quality
  • Contribution to the overall growth and positioning of Palmera’s ecosystem

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

Experience in music, culture, entertainment, or creative industries is highly valued.
