As Growth Marketer, you will be the engine behind paid acquisition and ad creative for a set of Ecomma's portfolio brands. Your mission is simple: build, run, and scale the marketing function across every brand under your care, generate the creative that fuels the campaigns, and own the relationship between every dollar spent and every dollar returned with speed, judgment, and accountability.
This is a hands-on, multi-brand marketing role. You will take ownership of paid media performance,
creative strategy, creative production, funnel diagnostics, budget allocation, and the operational discipline behind the marketing engine. You will work closely with the brand operators alongside you and the customer success leadership to ensure marketing directly drives commercial outcomes. We are looking for a Growth Marketer with real, hands-on DTC paid media experience. Someone who has personally bought media for brands, who understands ROAS in the context of contribution margin, who can build their own creative strategy on a brand they have never seen before, and who uses AI tools daily to ship the kind of creative volume that used to require a small team. What you will do
● Own Paid Media Performance: Take full ownership of paid acquisition across every brand on your
desk. Manage account structure, budgets, audiences, creative testing, and pacing. Track ROAS,
CPA, and spend efficiency by brand, and act on it daily. Cut what is not working without delay.
● Drive Creative Strategy: Build creative direction for every brand you run. Understand the product,
the audience, and the offer well enough to identify the angles worth testing. You are the strategist for
your brands. You do not wait for a brief.
● Ship Creative at Volume: Produce ad creative end to end using the AI stack. Generate AI UGC, AI
statics, scripts, hooks, and full ad concepts. Brief external editors or real UGC creators when
needed. Treat creative as a system, not a series of one-offs.
● Run a Disciplined Testing Pipeline: Build a rolling cadence of hypothesis, ship, measure, kill or
scale every week, across every brand. Every test has a thesis, a budget, and a kill criterion. Read
results honestly and feed winners back into the funnel.
● Diagnose the Funnel End to End: When a number moves, know whether it is a top, middle, or
bottom of funnel issue before touching a slider. Coordinate with the brand operators on landing page
and offer issues that are killing conversion downstream of the click.
● Allocate Spend Across Brands: Make weekly recommendations on where to push, hold, or pull
spend across the brands you run. Work backwards from contribution margin, not vanity metrics.
Treat each brand's budget like it is your own money.
● Maintain Tracking and Attribution Discipline: Keep pixel health, GA4, attribution layers, and UTM
hygiene tight across every brand. Do not run on broken data. Flag and fix tracking issues the day
they appear.
● Coordinate Cross-Functional Issues: Work tightly with brand operators on offer changes, pricing
tests, and store-level conversion levers that affect performance. Loop in supply chain when a
stockout risk should pause spend on a top SKU. Surface customer service patterns that point to
creative or messaging problems.
● Implement AI-First Workflows: Use AI tools daily to compress what used to take a creative team a
week into an afternoon's work. Stay current on the AI creative landscape. Know when AI cannot
carry an angle and a real creator is needed.
● Report Performance Cleanly: Deliver a weekly performance update on every brand under your
care with a clear narrative on what scaled, what failed, what you shipped, and what is next.
Numbers and outcomes, not activity.
● Take Initiative Inside the Lane: Execute the marketing direction set for each brand without waiting
to be told. Bring tests, creative ideas, and budget recommendations forward proactively. Escalate
the bigger calls cleanly without dragging your feet.
We operate using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. Thus, familiarity and hands-on experience withthese platforms are important for this role. The candidate should be fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking, creative judgment, fast execution, and high ownership are essential. Tools in use may include Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, attribution and analytics platforms, AI creative tools that generate UGC, statics, and scripts from product URLs, email and SMS platforms, and AI workflow platforms that improve speed and output across paid media operations.
What you bring to the table
● 1 to 3 years of experience actively buying media for DTC ecommerce brands. You have personally
been inside ad accounts every day, not managing someone who does.
● Hands-on experience scaling brands on Meta and Google. You can hit a target ROAS or CPA
without being told what the target should be, because you work backwards from contribution margin.
● A strong commercial mindset. You understand the relationship between ROAS, AOV, contribution
margin, and payback period. You know that a 4 ROAS on a 30% margin product is a problem and a
1.8 ROAS on a 70% margin product can be a win.
● Proven ability to build creative strategy on a brand you have never seen before, with nothing more
than the product page, the audience, and the offer.
● Hands-on experience shipping AI-generated ad creative at volume. You know which AI creative
tools to reach for and where each one breaks.
● An AI-first mindset. You use AI daily as core leverage, not as a gimmick. You stay current on the
creative AI tooling landscape because that is where your edge comes from.
● Comfortable managing paid media across multiple brands at the same time without dropping any of
them. You have your own system for staying on top of all of them.
● Strong analytical skills and confidence in spreadsheets. You build your own reporting.
● Strong follow-through and cross-functional coordination skills. Able to work with brand operators,
supply chain, and customer service without getting lost in the noise.
● A hands-on mentality. You are willing to dig into the detail, ship the next variant yourself, and protect every dollar of spend like it is your own.
● Calm under pressure, but not soft on accountability. High standards, strong ownership, and the
ability to keep multiple brands' campaigns running profitably in parallel.
● Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
● High ethical standards and a commitment to conducting business with integrity.
The position will be filled immediately for the right candidate. This is an in-office role in Dubai. Candidates must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
