About the Role
We are looking for a creative and confident Lead Content Creator to produce engaging Japanese-language content across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating localized content, appearing on camera, collaborating with international teams, and helping build a trusted brand within the Japanese trading community.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging Japanese-language content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, Quora, Medium, and other digital platforms.
- Appear confidently on camera for educational, promotional, and social media content.
- Write scripts, captions, and marketing copy tailored to Japanese audiences.
- Localize English content while ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Work closely with global marketing, design, and content teams.
- Develop content ideas based on current social media trends and audience engagement.
- Build relationships with the Japanese trading community through high-quality content.
- Support community engagement, influencer collaborations, and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Japanese speaker.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable presenting and speaking on camera.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Interest in or knowledge of financial markets, trading, Forex, fintech, investing, or cryptocurrency.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging digital content.
- Currently residing in Japan (Tokyo preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, or trading-related industries.
- Experience growing social media channels and online communities.
- Influencer marketing or community management experience.
- Video scripting or basic video production knowledge.
- Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
