Growth Graphic Designer Jobs in Los Angeles, CA at Creative Circle
Health and wellness/fitness client is looking for a Growth / Graphic Designer to work with their team. This opportunity is 20+ hours/week and fully remote. You must be willing to work PST hours.
The ideal candidate is an expert growth designer who specializes in subscription-based health and wellness products and excels at moving users seamlessly through the funnelfrom first click to trial activation.
MUST HAVE:
-5+ years in Growth Design, Product Design, or CRO-focused design for consumer apps and/or subscription businesses
-Experience in health, wellness, fitness and/or nutrition based clients
-A portfolio showing high-quality landing pages, strong visual hierarchy, clear CTAs, and measurable impact on conversion
-Familiarity with ad platforms and how creative insights translate into page hypotheses.
-Experience working further down the ad funnel, including onboarding flows and activation
-Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
-Own computer and programs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Concept and design high-converting landing pages that align tightly with new ad creative coming from the creative team
-Translate meta-ad concepts into on-brand, performance-driven page experiences
-Optimize the funnel from the first click (CTA) through onboarding
-Iterate quickly based on performance signals; collaborate with Development teams on the coding of designs
-Own visual hierarchy and clarity, ensuring clear CTAs, strong typography, and the right pairing of type with photography to enhance comprehension and action
-Collaborate cross-functionally to test, and refine designs and landing pages
