Best Ever Food Review Show is an international team of storytellers dedicated to exploring and showcasing the world's most unique cuisines. Through our engaging content, we aim to foster empathy, understanding, and appreciation of different cultures by documenting their food traditions.
As one of YouTube's most-watched food channels, we're a passionate production team based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our team is made up of skilled producers, editors, and shooters who are committed to producing high-quality, entertaining, and educational content for food enthusiasts around the world.
We're looking for a Lead Producer who's ready to own the production pipeline end-to-end and take our producer team to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the producer team, driving professional development and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take full responsibility for entire production cycles, including pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring high standards across all deliverables.
- Serve as the senior point of accountability for complex shoots, guaranteeing smooth execution among various stakeholders.
- Assist in shaping storytelling direction and ensuring creative consistency across projects.
- Provide strategic input on content development and platform optimization (YouTube, Instagram, and emerging formats).
Key qualifications:
- 8–10 years of production experience across markets, with a background in advertising, branded content, creator-led and documentary projects.
- Proven experience in leading a growing team of 5+ people and drive the production pipeline from concept to final delivery. Your goal is to mentor the team and consistently raise our production benchmarks.
- Exceptional communication and management skills.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific performance guidelines (YouTube, Instagram) and the evolving creator/content ecosystem.
- Highly adaptable, strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
