Graphic Designer (Visual Storytelling – Dhar Mann Studios) Jobs in Chicago, IL at Roster

Dhar Mann Studios, the powerhouse behind one of the most-watched motivational content brands on the internet, is on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to craft world-class pitch deck presentations that sell ideas and inspire action. Requirements:
- You have a strong command of design tools including PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and/or CapCut
- You have a deep understanding of persuasive deck structure — narrative flow, slide hierarchy, and strong visual conclusions
- You can produce professional, presentation-ready layouts optimized for both live presentations and PDF distribution
- You have experience creating infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements that simplify complex information
- You bring a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust, ambition, and brand credibility
- You're comfortable working full-time on multiple projects with tight deadlines and fast revision cycles
- You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work from brief to final delivery
- Experience in entertainment, tech, or startup content verticals is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver clean, polished pitch deck layouts for live presentations and PDF distribution
- Collaborate closely with the Content Manager and stakeholders to refine content flow, messaging, and visual narrative
- Translate strategic and sales-driven messaging into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences
- Create infographics and data visualizations that make complex ideas clear and persuasive
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic across all decks that reflects the Dhar Mann Studios brand
- Deliver revisions quickly and accurately within deadlines
- Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality across formats and devices
- Log hours using Changing Lives Productions' time-tracking software
This is a fully remote, full-time role following a Monday–Friday schedule aligned with West Coast U.S. hours (to be confirmed at interview). Pay is $50–$63/hr. This is a perfect fit for a designer who doesn't just make slides look great — but makes them sell.
