Our client in the Atlanta area is seeking a results‑driven, strategic Media Director to lead and evolve a dynamic, full‑funnel media strategy. This senior leadership role owns the development and execution of integrated media plans across traditional and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals and measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end media strategy across TV, radio, print, out‑of‑home, paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated, cross‑channel media planning and buying
  • Partner closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Own media budgets, forecasts, and ROI optimization
  • Build and manage strong relationships with media vendors and agency partners, including contract negotiation
  • Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights, reporting on KPIs, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of media trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve reach and effectiveness

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing performance marketing leader covering paid search, paid social, and affiliate strategies
  • Assess team needs and ensure full media channel coverage
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning

  • 10+ years of experience in media planning and buying with a strong ROI‑driven track record
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
