About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our Pointe-Claire office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating the Evry Jewels aesthetic into compelling visual content across all brand touchpoints. Your creative expertise will help shape the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency and innovation in every project. You will be responsible for designing digital assets, campaign visuals, and branding materials that align with our brand vision. Working closely with the marketing team, you will guide junior designers, contribute fresh ideas, and help elevate our visual storytelling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the brand’s creative direction and be part of a forward-thinking, fashion-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in graphic design with a compelling portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Deep understanding of current design trends, social media aesthetics, e-commerce visuals, and pop-culture influences
- Expertise in branding and developing cohesive visual identities
- Solid knowledge of typography, layout, and visual storytelling techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and execute visually compelling digital assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, and email campaigns
- Design and develop branding materials that reinforce the Evry Jewels identity
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative creative environment
- Maintain consistency in visual language across all platforms and materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and new techniques to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and innovative
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
