I’m hiring one person to come build YouTube and Instagram for Amiara, the revenue generation engine for content-driven and expert businesses; creators, authors, coaches, consultants, and leadership advisors who want to turn up the revenue growth of their business.

Priorities
- Youtube Long Form
Three years in this role, if you go full out, will build the most valuable skill stack of the next decade: Storytelling.
- You'll grow a YouTube channel from near 0 to over 500k views per month.
- You'll grow an Instagram channel from near 0 to over 1m views per month.
- Gain real understanding of how organic views translate into actual revenue, with experience you'll keep forever.
- A front-row seat to how a fast-moving startup gets built and scaled by people who've done it before.
- Access to world class entrepreneurs and the ability to build a powerful network.
Who You'd Be Working With
Skip Kelly, co-founder of Amiara, the person you'd work with every day. Previously CEO of Marisa Peer and RTT, scaled her Youtube to 1.5m views per month and Instagram to over 10m views per month. Helped scale Mindvalley's brand and its filmmaking-for-marketing engine, and led Moving Art's business growth and Instagram from 33,000 to 382,000 followers in eight months with the peak month being 40m organic views across Meta.
Lawrence Cotter, co-founder. Operator who's helped run companies past $100M+ ARR, raised $131M+, and built products used by 70M+ Americans.
An in office team of extraordinarily talented individuals building a legendary brand.
You will be a key creative voice in the company from day one with real influence on how the brand shows up and how the business grows.
You'll meet people at events who walk up and tell you that something you made changed their life.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Own long-form YouTube end to end.
+ Source and manage world-class editors.
+ Build the Amiara Instagram playbook from scratch.
+ Travel for big shoots.
+ Run the LinkedIn weekly cadence.
+ Translate views into revenue.
Your Goal
This Year ☝🏼 434,000+ long-form YouTube views per month by the end of this year.
This Decade ☝🏼 1,500,000,000+ total organic views on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with every view earning its way back to growth at amiara.com.
