What You’ll Do
* Be the on-camera personality for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
* Plan, film, and help produce short-form videos.
* Create educational, lifestyle, recruiting, and behind-the-scenes content.
* Attend office meetings, training sessions, events, and community initiatives to capture content.
* Interview team members, producers, and leadership.
* Work with our marketing team to develop weekly content ideas and posting schedules.
* Stay on top of social media trends and recommend new content formats.
* Occasionally edit videos using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
What We’re Looking For
* Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking on camera.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Creative mindset with an understanding of what performs well on social media.
* Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
* Basic video editing skills are an asset.
* Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
* A positive attitude and willingness to try new ideas.
