Graphic Designer (Contract) Jobs in Hong Kong SAR at HiPP HK
About the Role
You'll be working directly with HiPP HK's marketing team to bring HiPP's brand to life across key consumer touchpoints — from large-format OOH and MTR campaigns to baby and family promotional materials and social media content. This role requires someone equally confident in strategic creative thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce campaign visuals for MTR and out-of-home (OOH) advertising
• Develop Key Visuals (KVs) and adapt them across multiple formats and sizes (print + digital)
• Create posters, promotional collaterals, and in-store materials for baby and family campaigns and events
• Produce social media graphics (static and animated) that maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence
• Produce in-house design materials including signage and branding graphics as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs based on HiPP's brand guidelines
• Ensure all files are export-ready with correct specifications (size, resolution, bleed, colour profiles)
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage revision rounds professionally
• Commit to a minimum of 16 hours (2 man-days) per week in support of ongoing projects
What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent typography, layout, and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and take clear creative direction
• Experience in baby, family, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle categories is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills; able to meet deadlines and manage feedback constructively
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) is a plus
