About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Data, Digital, and Design team. As a key member of our creative team, you will collaborate closely with strategists, researchers, digital marketers, and client leads to develop visually engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand identities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects including social media assets, digital campaigns, presentations, and brand development initiatives. You will have the chance to work in a highly collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and experimentation with new tools, including AI-assisted design, is encouraged. Your creative contributions will directly impact the effectiveness and visual appeal of our campaigns, helping clients communicate their messages clearly and persuasively across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design projects
- Excellent understanding of visual identity development and brand consistency
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design
- Effective communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Interest in staying current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media content, research deliverables, presentations, and client branding projects
- Create digital-first content including social media graphics, infographics, motion snippets, landing page layouts, and email templates
- Support the development and evolution of visual identities, including initial concepting, brand systems, and rollout materials
- Collaborate with digital strategists, researchers, and social media teams to translate messaging and insights into effective design solutions
- Participate in creative brainstorming and strategic planning sessions for campaigns and client engagements
- Ensure all design outputs adhere to accessibility, clarity, and technical standards
- Present work to clients, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback to refine visual directions
- Maintain attention to detail in typography, hierarchy, spacing, color application, and version control
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and meet deadlines consistently
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new design tools to continuously improve work quality
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
