Graphic Designer (In-House Creative Team)
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team to support product marketing and integrated campaigns and help bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels. This role is ideal for a designer who can confidently interpret and evolve an established style guide while also pushing the work forward with fresh, bold ideas. You combine strong visual storytelling with a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with creative directors, writers, marketers, and project managers to translate complex ideas into compelling content.
- Design engaging visual assets for marketing spanning digital, social, video, and print.
- Incorporate feedback and make thoughtful revisions.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
- Stay current with design trends and emerging creative technologies.
Must Haves:
- College degree in Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house marketing team or agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating modern visual design, compelling visual storytelling, attention to detail, and polished execution.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to strategically leverage AI tools.
- Ability to design across ecosystems, not just individual screens or products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, workflows, and multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Understanding of accessibility, sustainability, and ethical design implications.
Plusses:
- Experience creating motion graphics and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with creating templates in Adobe Express.
- Familiarity with Slate for social media content.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and PageProof.
