We’re looking for a Junior Creative Producer (Social & Digital) to join the team during a busy period. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative and production – ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, understands what works on platform and can help bring ideas to life.
You’ll play an important role across campaigns – contributing to creative thinking, writing copy, and helping shape ideas, while also supporting production and keeping projects moving from concept through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to social and digital campaign ideas – from initial concepts through to execution
- Write copy for social content, across multiple tones and formats
- Stay across trends, formats and emerging behaviours across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Help shape ideas so they feel native to platform and culturally relevant
- Support the production of campaigns – timelines, trackers and delivery
- Manage assets across teams and platforms
- Coordinate editors, designers and freelancers
- Support briefing, scheduling and approvals across projects
- QC deliverables to ensure accuracy, specs and platform requirements are met
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in social, digital, or creative production (entertainment a plus)
- Strong instinct for social content – what works, why it works, and how to make it better
- Confident writing copy across different tones and formats
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- Clear communicator, both internally and with clients
- A genuine interest in film, TV and entertainment marketing

- 3-month contract, with potential to extend
