Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)
Overview
Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create high-quality marketing and communication materials across print and digital platforms. This role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, ads, digital assets)
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure production-ready files
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and strategy
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Improve workflows, file organization, and design processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Should provide Work samples/ Work portfolio (multi-page documents)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Expertise in prepress, file setup, and production processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with versioning, asset management, and fast-paced workflows
- Government program experience preferred
