Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to create engaging visual content and manage our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, stay updated with social media trends, and be able to create compelling content that enhances brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create posts, stories, reels, banners, and promotional content.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Edit basic videos and create engaging short-form content.
- Write captions and assist with content planning.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest design and digital marketing trends.
- Assist in event promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or After Effects.
