Company Description Center for Zakat Management (CZM) is a pro-poor social enterprise dedicated to promoting Zakat as an effective economic tool to uplift individuals and families in need. CZM focuses on institutionalizing Zakat management through organized mobilization and transparent, planned distribution of funds. By implementing a range of development and support programs financed by Zakat, the organization has positively impacted many lives in its project areas. CZM offers professional management services to ensure that Zakat is distributed efficiently, responsibly, and in line with its intended social purpose.
Role Description We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer who has a strong foundation in graphic design along with basic skills in video editing and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms and support the organization's communication and branding efforts.
Candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Talented fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and freelance graphic design experience are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, presentations, reports, brochures, banners, and other communication materials.
- Develop visual content that aligns with organizational branding and communication objectives.
- Edit short videos for social media, campaigns, events, and promotional purposes.
- Create basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital content.
- Collaborate with the communications and program teams to develop campaign materials.
- Ensure consistency in design quality, branding, and messaging across all platforms.
- Stay updated on current design trends and digital content best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design. Exceptional freshers with relevant freelance experience may also apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing and motion graphics software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience designing content for social media platforms will be an advantage.
