Role Overview

The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible to create online content, including banner advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, and interactive web content through design tools. Works closely with marketing and creative teams to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaigns that align with a company's overall aesthetic. Responsible for producing content that matches the company's brand, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, and promotional artwork.

Responsibilities:

  1. Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
  2. Providing advice and guidance on the campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
  3. Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
  4. Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
  5. Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
  6. Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
  7. Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.
  8. Contribute to strategy sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  9. Conceptualize & execute digital narratives and stories that elevate the brand vision and marketing priorities.
  10. Help to grow brand presence and category leading innovation on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and more.

Key skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or related field.
  2. 5 years' experience in digital and graphic design experience in a corporate setting
  3. Strong design, communication, organizational skills. experience with managing multiple projects or working in an agency structure preferred.
  4. Digitally native with an inherent knowledge and understanding of digital/social platforms, trends, and content.
  5. Self-motivated with a proven track record supporting brand initiatives and developing designs that drive creativity and growth.
