Key Responsibilities
- Drives online revenue by developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Oversee paid advertising, optimize product listings for search engines (SEO), manage email campaigns.
- Analyze user data to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, display, and affiliate marketing) to drive traffic to the e-commerce storefront.
- Optimize website structure, product descriptions, and category pages to boost search engine rankings and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor platform analytics (e.g., bounce rates, customer acquisition costs, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies.
- Cultivate product listings, maintain updated digital catalogues, and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop lifecycle and email marketing strategies (cart abandonment, promotional emails, newsletters) to build customer loyalty.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business technology, marketing, computer science or communications (master’s degree is an added value).
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and preferably in F&B industry.
- Good Knowledge & practical expertise in: HTML, Google Analytics, Java-Script or MS Office App.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and proficiency in digital advertising platforms.
- Strong ability to interpret quantitative data and translate it into actionable creative strategies.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration (coordinating with IT, sales, and design teams), and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (copy writing practice is an added value).
