About this role:
Young Money APAA Sports is a full-service sports and marketing agency representing elite athletes across the NFL, NBA, MLS, and the NIL space. We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven individual to lead our graphic design efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience creating graphics who understands the fast-paced nature of the sports industry and can produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand.
This is a remote, part-time position open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those based in or near the Tampa or Phoenix area. The role offers strong potential to grow into a full-time position, along with additional performance-based incentives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating graphics, videos, and other digital content to support our social media presence and brand. While a monthly content calendar will guide deliverables, there will be times when quick-turnaround projects are needed outside of the planned schedule.
We are looking for someone who is highly self-sufficient, creative, and proactive in generating new ideas that elevate our brand. Monthly meetings will be held to align on content strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms. While this is not a traditional part-time role, it does require a high level of commitment, responsiveness, and flexibility. This position operates in a dynamic, real-time environment, and candidates should be comfortable being available as needs arise beyond standard working hours.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design high-quality graphics for digital, social, and print platforms
- Birthdays, New Client/ NIL Signings, Holidays, Achievements, etc.
- Create engaging visual content that aligns with the YMAPAA brand identity
- Capture and produce photo and video content
- Create highlight videos
- Create individual graphics for clients as needed (Transfer Portal, NFL Draft Declaration, etc.)
- Edit and deliver content on tight deadlines
- Assist with managing the yearly content calendar
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience (college or professional athletic environments preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of videography, including shooting and editing
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to turn around high-quality graphics quickly under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Willingness to travel to several events throughout the year (NFL Combine, NBA Summer League, etc.)
