Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ operational management experience in Ultra luxury hotels in International Chain Hotels’ Operations
- Pre-opening experience is preferred
- F&B background preferred, experience in overseeing sigature restaurant Property Management (Michelin star or Black Pearl Restaurant)
- Seasoned yet modern thinking ultra luxury specialist
- Commercial, strategic, creative and able to clearly demonstrate a capacity to set high goals and standards for the smooth operation of the hotel
- Fluent English a must, China experience is preferred
