Are you a creative, energetic marketer with a passion for social media and brand activation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established Irish organisation with a national presence, taking on a wide-ranging role that blends events, sponsorship activation, social media, PR, and brand marketing.
The team has strong senior leadership in place .but they’re missing one key piece: a hands-on social media expert who can take full ownership of content creation, posting, platform management, and paid campaigns.
If you love bringing brands to life online and on the ground, this role offers huge scope, visibility, and variety.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the activation of major national sponsorships and events across sport, community, and business.
- Support the delivery of the annual events programme, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Strengthen the organisation’s presence at conferences, award ceremonies, and industry events.
- Own the social media function end-to-end ,content creation, scheduling, platform management, reporting, and paid ads.
- Develop PR, social, and communications plans that amplify brand activity externally and engage internal teams.
- Contribute to a cohesive content strategy across all social channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (sector open) – ideally insurance or financial services.
- Strong hands-on social media skills ,content creation, posting, platform management, and running ads.
- A creative, energetic marketer who enjoys working cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Full driver’s licence (due to event and sponsorship activity).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (ideal but not essential).
