The Role
We're looking for a designer with a strong eye, a genuine feel for the Sachi Skin aesthetic, and the discipline to work within a small, fast-moving team. You'll own the visual output across social, email, packaging, and brand collateral and handle simple video editing for social content. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real creative ownership.
What You'll Do
Social Media, Content, Ads
– Design static posts, carousels, Reels covers, Stories, and highlight icons for Instagram and TikTok
– Maintain a consistent visual language across all organic and paid formats
– Light video editing, trimming, captioning, pacing, basic colour grading, for founder and product content. Using Cap Cut and other SM native tools
– Weekly content sign-off and scheduling support via Later
Email & Digital
– Design email campaign and flow templates that feel elevated and on-brand
– Create banners, landing page assets, and website imagery as needed
Packaging & Brand Assets
– Support packaging design and dieline work in close collaboration with the founder
– Produce print-ready files for labels, inserts, gifting, and retail collateral
– Design assets for product collaborations, kits, limited editions, and pop-up events
Photography & Video Shooting- working with photographers and in house in creating moodboards, shot lists, supporting shooting, have simple shooting and moodboarding capabilities.
Ways of Working
– Keep a well-organised shared asset library across all brand touchpoints
– Liaise with print and production suppliers as required
– Manage your own workload via Asana, we expect ownership, not chasing
– Strong English communication and spoken skills
What We're Looking For
– 5+ years of senior design experience in beauty, wellness, or a comparable lifestyle brand
– Strong portfolio showing both aesthetic range and brand consistency
– Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva Pro
– Comfortable with light video editing CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
– Working knowledge of print production and packaging specifications
– Self-directed, organised, and at ease in a small team without layers of oversight
– An instinct for when to lead and when to hold back restraint is part of this brand
