Founding Creative Lead Jobs in India at Fortaxe
We’re looking for someone who can lead the creative and content direction for a company building modern digital brands and products.
This is a high ownership creative role.
We want someone who understands:
• Content strategy
• Internet culture
• AI tools and workflows
• Short-form content psychology
• Design aesthetics
• Brand storytelling
• Organic growth
• Creative direction
You should be someone who naturally thinks:
“What should we create next?”
“What will people emotionally connect with?”
“How do we make brands impossible to ignore?”
You’ll work closely with the founding team and will have high creative ownership from day one.
What we expect:
• Strong understanding of AI tools for content, design, editing, and workflows
• Strong visual and creative sense
• Ability to independently plan and execute content ideas
• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts & modern content formats
• Fast execution speed
• Ownership mindset
• Ability to build systems, not just posts
Bonus if you:
• Have built pages/brands before
• Understand modern consumer psychology
• Can direct editors/designers/freelancers
• Are obsessed with creating things that stand out
Location:
Delhi NCR preferred
Compensation:
₹8L to ₹15L CTC depending on capability.
