KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the planning and execution of festival events, screenings, panels, awards, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate with venues, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Support promotional activities to increase festival awareness, audience engagement, and ticket sales.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve audience reach.
- Assist with promotional collaborations and partnership deliverables.
- Maintain marketing trackers, campaign reports, event documentation, and schedules.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the film, entertainment, arts, or festival industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced event environment.
- A passion for cinema, storytelling, and cultural events.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and positive approach.
