Shark Ninja is expanding our APAC business and scaling it rapidly. Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which Taiwan plays a critical role. We have launched in Taiwan market in July, 2025. As a high potential new market, we have put in innovations and investments to drive our growth ambition.
The Social and Influencer Media Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated social media and influencer relation strategies to elevate Shark and Ninja’s brand presence in Taiwan. This role combines creative storytelling, influencer and media relations, and data-driven campaign management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
As part of the Taiwan Brand Marketing Team, and in close collaboration with APAC and Global counterparts, this role ensures that SharkNinja’s brand voice is consistently represented across all consumer touchpoints—social, digital, and earned media.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated social strategies across paid, owned and earned which aligned with global objectives and local market priorities.
- Engage with main social platforms and agency partners to develop both short and mid term social strategies to grow SharkNinja’s brand social presence
- Identify emerging social platforms and communities and cultural trends to keep brands at the forefront.
- Develop localized social assets, and campaign narratives for the Taiwan market.
Social Media Management
- Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Manage influencer partnerships and content collaborations with internal teams and external agencies – from influencer selection to content evaluation and performance tracking
- Build engaged social communities through authentic conversations and user-generated content.
- Analyze community sentiment, engagement metrics, and feedback to inform strategies for growth and enhanced customer engagement.
- Track KPIs and optimize content and campaigns using data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with global, regional, local brand teams and agency partners to integrate social into broader 360 marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, and distributor teams to amplify launches and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Serve as a cultural trendspotter, sharing insights on consumer behavior, digital culture, and emerging communication channels.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage social budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact.
- Define, track, and evaluate performance metrics for all initiatives, applying data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Communities) and Influencer landscape in Taiwan.
- Proven ability to create social/ influencer campaigns that have successfully grown brand awareness, preferences or advocacy
- Experience of managing social agency partners; lead and evaluate their execution quality
- Experience of direct handing brand social platform/ community and influencer/ media relations will be a strong plus
- Creative production capabilities (copy writing and digital assets) will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset with strong project management skills.
