About The Role
Bring brand experiences to life through flawless production and execution. You’ll manage events, roadshows, exhibitions, and activations from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Produce end-to-end experiential activations and events
- Manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and production teams
- Oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure brand guidelines and safety standards are met
- Manage logistics for multi-city roadshow campaigns
- Lead post-event reporting and performance analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with production partners
Requirements
- 5+ years in event or experiential production
- Proven track record managing large-scale activations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with budget management ($100K+ events)
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with branded bus roadshows
- Knowledge of LED and digital integration in events
- Certifications in event management or production
- Experience managing international productions
