The Opportunity
All We See Is The Sea is a rapidly growing Greek neo-traditional lifestyle brand, blending fashion, art, and island heritage. Founded by visual artist Christianna Economou, we create everything from cult-favorite apparel to bespoke ceramics, while championing cultural projects like rescuing traditional Aegean fishing boats.
We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and dependable Executive & Creative Assistant to be the absolute right hand to our Founder.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role. You will act as the Founder's shadow, gatekeeper, and operational engine. If you are someone who takes ownership and thrives in responsibility looking to build a lasting, high-impact career, this position offers the chance to execute high-level creative projects and take absolute ownership of the brand's day-to-day operations. What You Will Do
Your ultimate goal is to remove friction. By handling the details and optimizing our processes, you buy the Founder the time she needs to create and design.
- Executive Shadowing & Gatekeeping: Manage a complex calendar, intercept emails, and orchestrate seamless travel (flights, ferries, accommodations). You know where the Founder needs to be and ensure she has what she needs before she asks.
- Creative Execution: Assist on the ground during lookbook shoots, pop-up events, and artistic collaborations. You are the person steaming garments, organizing the shot list, and making sure the photographer has exactly what they need.
- Operational Hustle: Act as the ultimate "fixer." Track inventory, liaise with local seamstresses and suppliers, troubleshoot delayed shipments, and manage studio organization.
- Client & Partner Relations: Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for high-level partners, wholesale buyers, and premium customers.
- Project Coordination: Help drive forward special initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks, from a new collection launch to a boat restoration event.
