Position Overview
Denstu Creative is looking to add an events specialist for our client Google. This position is a temporary role to cover a leave of absence, with an undetermined duration.
You will be supporting the Marketing team. You will be responsible for project managing the execution of high impact programs in order to grow awareness and drive usage of our products and programmes. You will work closely with cross functional teams across marketing, corporate communications, policy, legal, creative agencies, online agencies and event agencies.
Responsibilities
You will be in charge of several missions:
- Lead and coordinate events, adapting the content to the target (key opinion formers, children, teachers, families or adults). Define event programme, demos and trainings. Coordinate agency (venue, branding, invitations, equipment)
- Develop outstanding messaging, creative assets, demos and trainings. You will ensure content is aligned with target and supports overall narrative while meeting brand guidelines. Creative assets may include: video, websites, booklets, leaflets, decorative panels etc. You will define and supervise product demos, trainings and engagement activities at events or booths.
- Lead and project manage execution of multiple high impact programs, in a cross-functional environment, managing external forces (creative agencies & event agencies) and internal processes.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to amplify our message, such as paid media campaigns, influencer campaign, social media vitalization.
- Track and analyse marketing programs (ROI, CTR, engagement, web analytics) and provide recommendations for improvement to optimize overall results
Requirements
* BA/BS degree preferred.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing role (preferable in creative or events agency)
* Outstanding Spanish written and oral communication skills
* Excellent English written and oral comprehension, C1 or higher preferred.
* Demonstrated project management skills, coordination of multidisciplinary teams and ability to prioritize in fast paced environment.
* Proactive, attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills.
* Experience in events coordination it’s a must.
